The recent trend in motivating Small scale industries by the government is to be appraised and at the same time the long run of the entities is also to be considered and assured. The learning from the source of the past downfall of entities is to be studied first to make the recent trend of motivating a grand success.
The closure of every business is not purely because of the debts by the entity but because of the credits which was delayed on that time when it was required. The time frame to pay the debts are planned by organizations based on the time frame involved in collecting the credits. When credits being paid on time (within the time frame quoted in the contract) the analyzed structure lays a perfect path to pay back the debts on time and ensures the long run, the motto and dream of every business.
Is the above statement a social work which is to be carried to every business requesting them to pay on time or will they do so as requested?The collection process of debts has made a man forget all his virtues. What is required is a law, the power ensuring the long run of every business.
The act of delaying payment beyond the time frame agreed should be stated a “criminal act”. The word makes every entity act on time to pay their debts because one man’s debt is other man’s credit. Such a law will change the scenario of today businesses a pleasant option of survival for everyone who has or wishes to build an everending entity.
The Law;
1. Interest on amount payable which is delayed after the time frame on every day basis.
2. Double Interest on amount payable from the 31st day of implementing the above rule no:1.
3. On the 61st day from the day of implementing the above rule no 1 a specific court ensuring specific relief on the principles of natural justice.
The point 1 and 2 are been followed by all financial institutions and the lack is becuase it has not been applied in every industry. The law will solve the purpose, when it is promulgated as a criminal law.
The enactment of such a law will encourage the growth rate of entreperneurs and will bring that desired change in all walk's of life. The long time dream of mankind to feel the meaning of peace is there when this is raised by all. A reverse action is required and should be recommended to vitalize peace and Economy.
This is just a draft until today, when it is felt by everyone it becomes a LAW tomorrow.! dont stop after agreeing but think...........of a action;

Words - The Meaning requires Definition and not similarities or Substitutions.
The words in a Language that lacks to mean the purpose for which it is created carries with it a sense of imperfection at face and awards itself the only one ever defeated cause of all the problems. The imperfection at the face can only be rectified when the words prompted carries with it precise meaning. When it is the want that we need the precise meaning of a word, the very word “Meaning - the purpose for which it is been created” is to be understood first. Every word is precisely a particular feeling, which should obviously be defined instead of substituting the same with some other word(feelings)or words.
When a feeling possibly expressed with more than one word (when we call it similar), obviously fails to define the happening perfect, the exact source of the word. Do we think that we are perfectly right all these days to learn the concept Similarity/synonyms instead of defining a word and it’s source the feeling..?
The confusion in understanding the happenings is just because of this approach in finding more than one word to define one’s feeling.

Contracts - “In 'Common' made not in agreeing the past but in agreeing to do an act in the unpredictable future”.
The first quest of survival of a “Brand” is to minimize its operational problems. We know that every act relating to a business is a agreement and the cause of a problem are due to the lack of either in understanding or in promoting the predictable acts or due to a specifically expressed unpredictable act. Covenants in a agreement always refers to the acts predictable (foreseen) and the cause of a problem may relate to a future happening that is because it has not been either predicted or descriptive during the course of the business.
Agreements in common are not made to agree the past act but are agreed to do an act in the unpredictable future. If the above statement is true why we should be descriptive on the predictable acts leaving behind the acts unpredictable, the source of operational problems on the count is because it is not or it cannot be expressly or implied quoted.
The approach of business entities has changed and we are still considering most of the criminal acts during the course of the agreement as a Civil liability.The change in approach is what is required, a immediate change. A promise is to be respected or adhered like it is defined in our VEDAS and naturally such promises by such wise persons are only being performed, when the aforesaid adherence of legality is not been performed in large by the society. it is being interpreted adversely and orders imply just compensations or provide with specific relief which should actually be a conviction.
Codified law of contract, suits only to those businesses who are satisfied to do their business up to their limit of predictions. A combination of Law of Tort (Natural Justices)and the law of contract can only form a perfect forum, showering improvement in today's business which is unpredictable yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Instead of we adding more and more pages of predictable covenants to our contracts it’s always worth to be simple, leaving the future acts in the hands of Justice, when the such relevant and applicable acts are in force. If not in force it is just chaos and no word shall be added to substitute the same precisely. As no commercial agreements recognizes Past Consideration I have mentioned those meant in COMMON....
Further a change shall be brought in our CONSTITUTION (the change that requires no approval of the parliament) which is simply to say THE FUNDAMENTAL DUTIES SHALL BE MADE BOLD(as it not bold so considered not mandatory) andTHE FONTS DEFINING DUTIES SHALL BE INCREASED SO THAT IT SHALL LOOK BIG WHEN COMPARED TO the Fundamental Rights....

Belief - The power to bring alive one’s Imagination
The Belief of one’s imagination about the Nature happens alive, only when it reaches so many - the very first point which was considered by our ancient thinkers, leaders, kings and scientists. The knowledge acquired is to be shared and the question to whom laid the path for “The creation of communities”. Obviously after creation it is to be secured from nothing but from the thoughts of other thinkers,leaders, Kings and scientists because for a creation to achieve development, it is to be secured.
For anything to develop, the importance of the skill “Understanding” is to be seeded and promoted. Imagining what might have fulfilled the source factor would throw light in the topic – The want of the day.
The need of the skill was during the period when human beings were not aware of his own duties and responsibility to the society he lived in. The importance of his duty and responsibility can only be understood when one understands the “importance of giving respect to one’s thought and feeling”. The Raising and the said importance happened by the formula “Story Telling” , which obviously every human being were interested to listen. The formula brought big success, when the stories carried with them a sense of fearing for god. The terminology, the spot light in the dark and the very key sense generated and formulated by our ancient thinkers, leaders, kings and scientists, mesmerized the entire race making them believe that he/she could only survive, when he/she adheres to the orders of the one person who was said/promoted to be “ The son of God”.
The men of those days sacrificed everything that he/she possessed and even died to secure the interest of the society he lived in. This mesmerized mentality happened in every race and the success of promotion just happened because the orders of Empire were imposed and embossed through stories in the very minds of the community, as sayings of god about one’s duty and responsibility to the society he/she lives in. The Belief on that imagination is still revolving in the form of a spring, creating the importance of having a leader and adhering to his imaginations.
The one and only formula that exists behind the happenings/creations of a man all these days from the period ancient is nothing but the “Success of anything is reached only by telling a very impressive story” - The Belief of one man happened alive in every human.
The importance of Belief was rightly understood but “Promoting it to many” has been misunderstood. Our approach that our explanations about our imaginations should be very very big like a story, has destroyed the importance of understanding that others should have about our imaginations. Instead of being big let we all cast to be Simple and small which is always promoted high like today’s advertisements, which runs just for minutes.
The changing trend made me believe that it’s time for the Belief which powered the happening of one’s imagination alive has come to an end point for a new start. The modern era promoting Individuality has changed our mentalities and created in us the discomfort in hearing even to short stories. The new is to be welcomed for eg., The Terminology HD in communication industry. A Cause for a New Belief has arrived and is also predicted to be “Simple” covering the aspect the way new is only to be brand New.
We are aware that only few of our ancestors were capable to read or write or both his language and we today are far better than them but let us keep in mind that our next generation will be far better than us before promoting a New Belief because the Imagination/idea of our ancestors survived this long due to lack of Individuality.
